Our Occupational Therapist who is also a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist provides services both in-clinic and at your worksite. In-clinic, you will receive education about workstation adjustments, postural and habit adjustments, and stretches specific to your work tasks. You will be aided in recognizing and eliminating potential causes for discomfort in your office and home settings.

Individual ergonomic assessments at your workplace are also available. You will receive workstation adjustment recommendations and postural and habit suggestions specific to your actual work setting.
